Q: What is a pinkcard®?
A: It's our rewards program!* Creating a pinkcard® account gives you access to perks, such as:
- Earn l point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Dollars spent are rounded to calculate points. Anything below $.50 will be rounded down, $.50 and above will be rounded up. (e.g., $.50 to $ 1.49 = 1 point. Gratuity, taxes, and other exclusions apply.
- For every 50 points you earn, you will receive a $5 reward to use at Pinkberry!
- 25 bonus points when you register your account at www.Pinkberry.com/rewards
- Exclusive info about upcoming promotions, giveaways, events, and new products when you register for emails.

Q: How do I sign up for pinkcard®?
A: You can sign up at any participating Pinkberry by giving your phone number to the cashier when paying, or sign up online.
Q: Is the pinkcard® accepted at all locations?
A: pinkcard® rewards are only available at participating locations. Most, but not all locations participate in the rewards program. Please check in with your preferred location to confirm their participation.
Q: What if I am already a member through the former pinkcard® rewards program?
A: You will still need to register for a new account. Once you are registered with your new account, any points balance will be converted and transferred to your new account. Please make sure you are using the same phone number or email address when you register. You are able to change your email/phone number by logging into your account once you are fully registered.
Q: How old do I have to be to join?
A: You must be 13 years of age or older to become a member.
Q: Once I've signed up in-store, how do I register my account?
A: Visit www.pinkberry.com/rewards to REGISTER and follow the prompts.
Q: What do I need to do to receive emails that include discounts and rewards?
A: If you download the Pinkberry app and register your details, you'll be asked for your email address so we can send you promotions. You can also sign up online on www.pinkberry.com/rewards and provide us with the same information during the registration process.
Q: I was told I couldn't earn more points until I registered my pinkcard®, why is that?
A: Points are pointless unless your card is registered. Please click here to register your pinkcard® now. For every 50 points you earn, you will receive a $5 reward valid 90-days from the date earned!
Q: Do I need to enter my personal information to register my account?
A: We ask for only a few pieces of information such as your birthday, phone number, zip code, and email address. Rest assured that we will never sell your information to third parties.
Q: Are there any costs or fees to be a member?
A: No.
Q: Where can I check my balance?
A: You can always find your account balance in the Pinkberry mobile app. You can also view your account balance at www.pinkberry.com/rewards. Then, click the "Log In" button and to log into your account and check your points balance.
Q: Can my friends use my pinkcard® membership?
A: Nope. But they can sign up for their own account and receive all the benefits of the pinkcard®.
Q: Who has access to the information in my account?
A: Pinkberry and the brand's program partner, Punchh®, have access to your information. Rest assured that we will never sell your information to third parties. You can read our Privacy Policy to www.pinkberry.com/ privacy.
Q: How can I change the email or phone number tied to my account?
A: You can log into your account and update your profile at any time.
Q: How do I change my account password?
A: To change your password online, follow these steps:
- Log into your account online.
- Click "Edit your profile" on the right side of the screen.
- Enter your new password in the password field.
- Click "Change Password" at the bottom of the screen to complete the process.
Q: I forgot my username and password, what now?
A: It happens to the best of us! Just click the forgot username and password link online and follow the instructions to create a new one.
Q: How do I close my account?
A: Contact our Customer Service team at pbloyalty@kahalamgmt.com. Keep in mind the account closure process can take up to 72 hours.
Q: In order to earn points and redeem Rewards, do I need to opt-in to receive marketing emails?
A: No. At registration, you must provide your email address, but you may choose to opt-out of receiving marketing emails and still earn points and redeem Rewards at participating locations.
Q: What do I do if my favorite Pinkberry location is not an available option when I join?
A: Contact us at pbloyalty@kahalamgmt.com and tell us which location you were unable to locate. In the meantime, to complete your registration, select an alternate location. You can always access your account information at a later date and select a new favorite store.
Q: What is the point structure of pinkcard®?
A: You earn one point for every rounded dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount (e.g., $.50 to $1.49 = 1 point on qualifying purchases).
Q: How do I earn points?
A: Provide your phone number to staff member in-store, before checkout. You can also login to your account for orders placed on Pinkberry.com. Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for points; however, gift cards used as tender do qualify for points. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account. Points can only be earned at participating locations.
Q: Have I lost out on paints if I forgot to give the cashier my rewards information?
A: No, you can forward o copy of your itemized receipt to pbloyalty@kahalamgmt.com along with your registered phone number for your account to be adjusted.
Q: How can I use my points?
A: Once you accumulate 50 points, your points are converted into a $5 reward to use on your next in-store or online purchase. $5 reward is valid for one-time use only. If check total is under $5, you will forfeit the remaining amount. Points can only be redeemed at participating locations.
Q: How can I see my points balance and available Rewards?
A: Your points balance and available rewards can be viewed by logging into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account.
Q: What purchases do not qualify for points?
A: Points are not earned on orders via third-party delivery or other third-party sites, gift card purchases, gratuities, coupon discounts, taxes, or receipt adjustments.
Q: Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
A: For every 50 points you earn, a $5 reward is generated. There is no limit to how many $5 rewards you can earn, but only one $5 reward can be redeemed per transaction. Each $5 reward expires 90 days from the date of issue.
Q: Can I redeem my $5 reward and another offer on the same transaction?
A: No, you can only redeem one offer/reward per transaction.
Q: Can a $5 reward be used toward multiple items in a single transaction?
A: No, $5 is taken off the subtotal of qualifying purchases for a single transaction. Reward balance on transactions with less than $5 in qualifying purchases is forfeited.
Q: Does the $5 reward cover tax?
A: No, the $5 reward does not cover tax.
Q: If I have multiple $5 rewards, can I redeem more than one at the same time?
A: No, you can only redeem one offer/reward per transaction.
Q: Does my account need to be registered to unlock and redeem rewards?
A: Yes. You must register your account to unlock and redeem rewards. If your account is not registered, points will be earned and rewards will be generated, but you will be unable to redeem rewards until the account is registered. Keep in mind, once a reward is generated, it will expire in 90 days regardless of whether or not the account is registered.
Q: How am I notified I have earned a $5 reward?
A: If you have registered your account online, after you provide your phone number to the crew member, they will ask you at each visit if you would like to use the reward until it is redeemed or expires. You will also receive an email informing you that a $5 reward was loaded to your account (if you have opted in lo receive emails). If your account has NOT been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register.
Q: How do I redeem a $5 reward?
A: Register your account to unlock rewards. Provide your phone number to the staff member at checkout and if a reward is available, the staff member will prompt you to redeem it. Log into your Pinkberry pinkcard® account when placing orders online at order.pinkberry.com. At checkout, select the $5 Reward and click "Apply".
Q: When do $5 rewards expire?
A: $5 Rewards expire 90 days from the date they are earned and issued.
Q: Is there a purchase minimum to redeem a $5 reward?
A: No, there is no minimum to redeem a $5 reward. The $5 reward is valid for one-time use only. If check total is under $5, you will forfeit the remaining amount.
